Morning: Between the Vines and the Secrets of the Terroir

Departure from your place of residence. Your expert guide will pick you up from your hotel/address in a comfortable, air-conditioned premium van.

Take advantage of the journey to admire the landscapes of Alsace, hills, vineyards, views of the Vosges mountains.... Your guide will take care of your comfort.

During the morning you will visit a first estate, nestled in the heart of a preserved terroir. You will discover a place that carries the memory of the generations that have succeeded each other to express the terroirs of Alsace. You will understand how soil, climate and know-how combine to give birth to unique wines.

The tasting that follows is a pure moment of pleasure: crystalline Rieslings, fresh Sylavner, lively Pinot Noirs, bewitching Gewurztraminers – each sip is a dive into the Alsatian terroir. Your guide and the winemaker will reveal the secrets of the art of tasting and introduce you to the typicity of Alsace wines.

Noon: Stroll and Gourmet Delight in a Typical Village

With its half-timbered houses, fountains and cobbled streets, the Alsatian villages seduce with their harmony. Your guide will take you to the heart of the village, to discover its most beautiful colors, squares and viewpoints.
For a break, you can sit down in a warm winstub, where local dishes – garnished sauerkraut, tarte flambée, or baeckeoffe – go well with local wines. Here, we don’t eat: we celebrate an art of living.

Afternoon: Another Facet of the Terroir

The afternoon leads you to a second, more contemporary estate, where audacity and tradition co-exist to express the best of each cuvée. Here, the gestures are different, the vision too, but the love of the vine remains the same as in the first estate. An intimate tasting invites you to refine your palate and surprise your senses.
