Morning: First Estate – Heritage and Tradition

Departure from your accommodation. Your expert guide will collect you from your hotel or address in a comfortable, air-conditioned premium minibus.

Enjoy the journey as you admire the landscapes of Alsace: hills, vineyards and views of the Vosges mountains… Your guide will ensure your comfort.

Your day begins at an iconic, family-run estate where expertise has been passed down from generation to generation. You’ll stroll through the vineyards, discover the flagship grape varieties (Riesling, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir…), and understand how the terroir leaves its mark on every bottle.

This carefully curated and guided tasting will reveal to you the incredible diversity of Alsace wines, as well as their exquisite delicacy.

Midi : Pause Gourmande en Village Typique

Over a meal, you’ll settle into an authentic winstub, where local specialities – sauerkraut, coq au Riesling, or spaetzle with mushrooms – pair with the wines with a rich, natural harmony. A moment to chat, reflect on the morning’s experiences, and prepare for the rest of the journey.

Afternoon: Second and Third Estates – Boldness and Modernity

The afternoon is devoted to a variety of approaches. The second estate, which is more experimental, will surprise you with its innovative methods (winemaking, ageing in oak barrels, biodynamic farming, etc.).

The third, more exclusive yet of great finesse, will captivate you with its meticulous production, where each stage reveals a skilful balance between respect for traditional methods and the expression of subtle creativity, resulting in a wine that is both true to its terroir and resolutely modern.

Every tasting is a new lesson: here, a Sylvaner bursting with freshness; there, a Pinot Noir of rare elegance or a lively Riesling, full of tension and great nobility…
