Morning: Premier Domaine – Pure Minerality

Departure from your place of residence. Your expert guide will pick you up from your hotel/address in a comfortable, air-conditioned premium van.

Take advantage of the journey to admire the landscapes of Alsace, hills, vineyards, views of the Vosges mountains.... Your guide will take care of your comfort.

Your day begins in an exceptional estate, often ranked among the greatest in Alsace. You will explore plots of Grands Crus where the soil, the exposure and the microclimate create wines of rare complexity. The tasting, in-depth and technical, will make you discover Rieslings with an exceptional mineral tension, Pinot Gris with aromas of honey and spices, or Gewurztraminers with a bewitching power... as well as other wines made from the 7 Alsatian grape varieties.

Lunch: Gastronomic lunch in Winstub (or other choices possible at your request)

The meal is taken in an exceptional winstub, where Alsatian cuisine blends with the Grands Crus. Each dish is designed to enhance the wines, and each pairing is an experience in itself.

The afternoon is devoted to an in-depth exploration of the Grands Crus, where each estate embodies a distinct philosophy of excellence, both in its technical approach and in the difference of the terroirs.

The second estate, discreet but demanding, is distinguished by a rigorous and inventive approach: vinification in oak barrels, long maturation, with remarkable technical precision. Here, the balance between tradition and innovation gives rise to wines with an expression that is both powerful and refined.

The third area, resolutely turned towards the future, impresses with its search for absolute balance. Each cuvée is the result of meticulous know-how, where structure, aromas and persistence harmonize to offer a tasting of rare and memorable elegance.
